You have petulant Bush from various interviews and in the debates with his "Let me finish" line highlighted from these times.
He looks very unpleasant, surly, mean, in other words his usual likeable self. Maybe some "groaning" sound effects subtly added, as if from an audience getting more and more fed up with him.
Then the picture starts to fade out with Bush saying "Let me finish" and another screen comes in with the words and an announcer saying, "November 2, Mr. Bush, You're Finished."
